"Abandonment Protector" is responsible for the collection of personal data provided by your online store, the use made of them and their protection. Your data will be used only to perform the tasks that you configure when installing our app.
When installing "Abandonment Protector" you are granting permission to send emails on behalf of your online store using the sender email address that you configure.
We only provide support related to your online store through the communication channel that can be found in our dashboard. Therefore the information of your online store will not be disclosed with anyone outside our platform.
It is your responsibility to protect access to the dashboard of your online store, as well as passwords to access the dashboard of our App.
The email templates you configure will be sent to all the email addresses of the abandoned shopping carts provided by your online store. Therefore, we are not responsible for the privacy of the information you include in your templates.
While our App is still installed in your online store we will retain the information that is collected in order to grant our services. If you uninstall the app, we will delete that information. But note that: (1) it may be stored for some time on our servers and storage backup (2) we may withhold this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or exercise our agreements.
It is your responsibility to include Terms of Service and Privacy Policies related to the use of applications that you install on your online store.
